Wearing traditional jewelry, a Pataxó man patiently awaits the start of the sacred full moon ceremony. The Pataxó are one of the indigenous peoples of Brazil, living in the state of Bahia. In a series of photographs, photographer Thalles Tramon of Brazil captured the lives and ceremonies of the Pataxó peoples who are struggling to preserve the forests of Bahia.
